1. Agreement

By accessing nadeemfitness.com, submitting a membership request, booking padel, or using our clubs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nadeem Fitness provides gym membership, ladies-only fitness clubs, padel court rental, and related services at our branches in the Jazan Region. Features, opening hours, and pricing may vary by branch and are shown on the website or confirmed by staff.

3. Membership

When you join:

• You must provide accurate personal details and choose the correct branch and plan.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable unless we approve otherwise in writing.
• Access begins after payment is confirmed and any required verification is complete.
• You are responsible for your door PIN / access credentials and must not share them.
• We may suspend or terminate membership for misconduct, safety violations, or non-payment.

4. Padel bookings

Padel court bookings are subject to:

• Hourly slots shown in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) time.
• Payment or WhatsApp confirmation as displayed at checkout.
• Fair use of equipment and courts; damage caused by negligence may be charged.
• Arrival on time; late arrival does not extend your slot unless staff agree.

5. Payments

Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed by Moyasar. By paying online you also accept the payment provider's terms.

Failed or disputed payments may result in cancelled bookings or suspended access until resolved.

6. Club rules & conduct

All members and guests must:

• Follow branch rules, dress code, and staff instructions.
• Use equipment safely and report faults immediately.
• Respect other members; harassment, violence, or illegal activity is prohibited.
• Comply with gender-segregated areas (men's, ladies-only) as marked at each branch.

We may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaches these rules without refund where permitted by law.

7. Health & liability

Physical exercise involves risk. You confirm you are fit to participate or have consulted a physician. Nadeem Fitness is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, pre-existing conditions, or failure to follow instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, photos, and materials are owned by Nadeem Fitness or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them without permission.

9. Website & app

We aim for accurate information but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, force majeure, or third-party outages may affect booking or payment systems.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes should first be raised with branch management or via our Contact page. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Saudi Arabia shall have authority where required.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
